Shipping
All orders are sent by Fedex and delivered with a required signature. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your Fedex tracking number.
mas offers free standard shipping on all orders made in North America. Please note that your free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative. Orders placed before 12:00 (HAE) will be shipped the same day.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable ro redirect once created.
If you would like to receive your package in a shorter delay, it is possible to choose the express shipping when you checkout. The cost is a flat rate of $60 and will arrive between 1 to 3 working days. Note that any longer delays due to customs or due to the carrier may happen and may be out of our control.
Taxes and customs
The prices of mas products are expressed in Canadien, Euro or in US dollar depending on your location.
Orders placed within Canada include taxes and do not contain any custom duties.
For orders outside of Canada, custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
mas is not responsible for any action and/ or costs and / or taxes and/ or delays due to customs where we have no control.
If you want more information regarding custom fees and taxes in your country you may contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

Returns
mas offers a return policy of 14 days following the date of delivery. The request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. mas product must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, dust bag, etc.)
mas will refund the amount paid (excluding any taxes, duties and return delivery costs) to the card with which you made the payment. Only the original purchaser of the product can request a return as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made. This process might take up to 10 days.
All products purchased from themasfamily.com can only be returned to the mas office in Canada.
Mas will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late. The customer must bear the risks of shipping their purchase.
If ever the item bought online is deemed faulty, mas reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer within 14 days following the date of delivery.
